Terms and Conditions for Ordering Online
We offer wholesale/volume pricing to the following establishments:
We reserve the right to determine whether wholesale pricing is eligible for any of our customers. We have a $100 minimum order requirement, otherwise we charge a $8 surcharge fee.
Our wholesale website should be used primarily as an online catalog of our products. To place an order please call, e-mail or fax in your order.

We will review your application and contact you within 2 business days once we make a determination. Once your account is established, you may send your order via email, fax or phone.
If you would like to be invoiced with NET 30 terms for your orders, please complete the Credit Application Form below and email/fax back to us. It may take up to 2 weeks to make a determination, however, your first order may be placed with a credit card.
