Our wholesale website should be used primarily as an online catalog of our products. Retail customers please go to www.SivalLighting.com.
We offer wholesale/volume pricing to the following establishments:

• retailers and other distributors (who purchase our products for resale)
• event planners
• holiday decor installers
• electrical contractors
• municipalities/non-profit downtown development organizations

We reserve the right to determine whether wholesale pricing is eligible for any of our customers.
We have a $100 minimum order requirement, otherwise we charge a $8 surcharge fee.

If you choose to order from our wholesale website, please note the following:

• Due to the technical incompatabilities of our accounting and website systems, any products eligible for our discount program (as detailed in our print catalog) will not be applied to online orders. To receive the discounts shown in our print catalog, you must email, fax or call in your order. There will be no price adjustments to match online prices to that of our print catalog.
• Most of our products available for purchasing online are listed as master case quantities and prices. For ordering less than master case, please call, e-mail or fax your order. Prices for less than master case are available in the price lists included in our print catalogs. Do not use website prices for less than master case quantities.

Instructions for viewing prices on our wholesale website:

1. Please send an email to wholesale@sivalinc.com to request an account to be created for you. Include:
- company name
- company address
- email address to be used as a login name
- name of contact person
- phone and fax number
- industry/type of company
- business license number, tax ID# and current resale certificate.

2. Within 2 business days you will receive an email with your temporary password and a link to the log in page. At that point you can login, change your password and complete the remainder of your contact information.

3. Once your account is established, you may order online, or send your order via email, fax or phone.
