When will my products ship?
Most online orders received by 1pm (PST) are shipped on the same day. We reserve the right to hold shipments for any of these reasons:
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
- Invalid credit card information
- Products are out of stock
- Any other information missing which prevents us to ship your order correctly

You will be notified via e-mail and/or phone if we require additional information from you. 

These are the UPS shipping methods we offer:

Most products are shipped from California.

Please note that during peak holiday season (October - December), UPS Ground orders may take up to 48 hrs to ship.
During peak season, orders requesting expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2 Day, 3 Day) method will be processed within 24 hrs.
If the product is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail and/or phone.

Is overnight shipping available?
UPS expedited services, such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air Select are available. Expedited deliveries are guaranteed by respective shipping carriers. All expedited shipping methods are calculated based on business days, and does not include the day merchandise is picked up. Saturday deliveries are available at additional charges. Please call for that service, since we need to add Saturday delivery fees.

How do you calculate your shipping charges?
UPS uses the weight of the product, dimensions of the pacakge and the distance the product is shipped to in order to automatically calculate the shipping charge for your order. To determine the cost of shipping, simply place the item in your cart and input your ZIP code. The shipping charge will appear on the shopping cart.

Rates are higher for expedited shipping services (air shipments).

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship our products via UPS or truck, whichever is least expensive. We like to pass the savings onto the customers. We do not ship via U.S. Postal Service because their tracking information is not as reliable and updated as accurately as the tracking information provided by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship products to locations outside of the United States via UPS. Note that international shipping rates are higher than domestic rates. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any customs duties. Please call for shipping charges.

Can I track my package?
If you know your UPS tracking number, your package may be tracked at UPS.com. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at the time your order is shipped (usually by the end of the day).
The UPS sender e-mail address is

Please note that this is only an approximate estimate of UPS Ground delivery time (in business days).
The shipment date does not count. Most, but not all, of our products are shipped from Santa Clara, CA.
Sival, Inc. reserves the right to ship items from our other locations subject to product availability.
